This information is stored indefinitely for repeat business and warranty issues. Bank and payment card details are not stored, if written down they will be shredded after processing the payment. No payment details are held online or on a computer.
Data is used on website sales to ascertain sales trends and popular items, none of this information is shared with third parties. Payment information for orders placed on the site are not shared with us, only the payment company. Telephone orders are treated the same as face to face orders and the above applies.
