1. I teach ‪‪Monday to Saturday‬‬ 1.2.1 unless otherwise specified.

2. Course Times are ‪‪‪10am to 4pm‬‬ (Evening Training & Sunday training is available on request). 

3. If you need to train within school hours or a shorter training day’s this can be arranged, by training over 2 shorter days instead of one long day.

Payments, Deposits & Refunds

GTI Courses;

• GTI course payments are due immediately for course registration.
• GTI course fees are non refundable once your course is registered with the GTI.

NO REFUNDS ARE AVAILABLE ONCE YOUR COURSE IS REGISTERED WITH THE GTI

However, if you need to change your practical training date due to personal circumstances please contact us, we may be able to help you with this as long as we have 28 days notice before your training day

Accredited Courses/Advanced Course (Non GTI Course)

Once a practical date has been set, and on receiving your deposit payment, you will receive your manual by email within 24hrs and be able to start your course immediately. 

This deposit is non refundable as you have started your course. 

    1. Your final payment will be due 28 day prior to your practical start date

   2. You will be sent an invoice with the payment date and payment details. 

   3. You may cancel your practical training course any time before the 28 day/invoice due date, but please be aware if you do not make the invoice payment by the due date you may lose your practical training day.

   4. If you have trouble making this payment on time please contact us well in advance. 

   5. If you no not make your payment without prior arrangement OR you have not cancel your course in writing via email you may be invoiced for the full amount due.

   6. If you need to change your training date due to personal circumstances please contact us, we are able to help you with this as long as we have 28 days notice.

We are here to help you with any issues you may have regarding payments we are more than happy to assist you with any payment problems, please just ask 

Once you have paid your final invoice 28 days prior to your practical start date/day all fees will then be Non refundable. In exceptional circumstances this can be negotiated.

Our apologies, I’m sorry and it is with great sadness that we are now having to be so strict but sadly due to non paying students we have had no choice but to outline the above. 

Course Attendance Notes

Important note; Advanced Courses

We take our advanced training courses very seriously, if you are wishing to do your advancements these courses must be carried out in the required amount of time as to the student ability and experience.  

We do not offer a certificate for attendance, you will receive your certificate ONLY when you are confident and working safety within your new skill set. 

Practical training day;

The following items will be required whilst in attendance on the course: 

* Paper and pen

* Suitable workwear / uniform ~ in accordance with our Dress Code and Hygiene regulations this must be worn for all practical sessions.

 

Hot & Cold liquid refreshments will be available during each day.

In accordance with hygiene regulations, when in attendance on the course, please ensure that minimal unobtrusive jewellery is worn.

For most courses we may be able to offer a training kit, please let us know if your require this, thereafter I can advise you on the cost.
