🚗By car - A259 Eastbourne to Brighton Road
Coming from Eastbourne turn right into Michel Dene Road, turn right onto Wenthill Close then right again onto Downlands Way. Customer Parking on the parade.
🚌 Only a 1 minute walk from the main bus
Coming from Eastbourne. Cross the road, and cut through Gore Farm Close. Takes you directly onto the Village Shopping Parade.
PRIVATE CLINIC - CORNISH COTTAGES
🚗By car - A259 Eastbourne to Brighton Road
Coming from Eastbourne turn left into Gilbert’s Drive, go past the church and turn right into lower street. Either park outside the church / Grange Nursing Home, or just up on the left you will a set of 3/4 steps there is parking for a couple of cars.
🚌 Only a 5 minute walk from the main bus
Walking back from the bus stop walk turn right into Gilbert’s Drive, walk down to the church gate, walk though the church, as you come out the other gate we are just up on the left you will a set of steps.
Walk UP these 5 steps leading to a path and you will see directly in front of you 1,2,3 Cornish Cottages on the gate, we are the first cottage, come though the gate and directly to the side you will see my clinic with a wishing well water feature outside.

🚗 By car, take the A259 Eastbourne to Brighton Road.
If coming by 🚗 from Eastbourne, turn left into Gilbert’s Drive, pass the church, and turn right into Lower Street. Parking is available outside the church or up on the left by the steps.
🚌 Bus routes from Eastbourne to Brighton include #12, 12x, and 12A.
🚌 The clinic is only a 5-minute walk from the main bus stop. Walk back from the bus stop, turn right into Gilbert’s Drive, walk down Gilbert’s Drive look for the church gate, on the right. Walk through the church yard, and though the other gate. Turn right to walk up lower street.
The clinic is a few steps up on the left, walk past the Grange Rest Home, on your right, look up to the left and you will see 5 steps leading to a path where you will see 1, 2, 3 Cornish Cottages on the gate. The clinic is the first building on the right, with a wishing well water feature outside.
At night, a bright light by the sign will illuminate the path and roadside on the left.
